Carbs ultrasonically cleaned and blown through with carb cleaner and compressed air. Jets, emulsion tubes, and any heavily varnished removable parts soaked in Chem-Dip.
Full Service
Carbs ultrasonically cleaned and blown through with carb cleaner and compressed air. Jets, emulsion tubes, and any heavily varnished removable parts soaked in Chem-Dip. Carbs rebuilt with a minimum of new float valves, and bowl gaskets depending on individual carb needs. Custom jetting for non-stock applications (ie aftermarket exhausts and air filters) Carbs are assembled, bench synched, and on bike tested and tuned.
Polishing Service
This is an additional service that can be added on to either service for carb caps and outer bowl faces. (May not be do-able depending on metal condition).
Parts and shipping (both ways) are additional. Shipping weight for carbs is around 8 lbs 4 oz. This will allow you to price shipping both ways to/from 95540. USPS is usually the cheapest and fastest.

I BOUGHT THE BIKE ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO, FROM THE START I FOUND ONE OR TWO PROBLEMS WIT THE BIKE, I HAVE TAKEN THE BIKE TO TWO BIKE GARAGES THAT CHARGED ME A LOT OF MONEY TO SERVICE THE CARBS, AND YET BOTH OF THEM DID NOTHING, I WOULD LIKE A STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO SERVICE THE CARBS PLEASE

ReplyDeleteYou are correct! That's because it's not my business, however if you click the link and let Jessie know what you need. He will let you know what it will cost for his services and he's very reasonable. Or like Stefan you can take your carbs to a couple places and still have them not be functional, nothing against Stefan, but I'm sure he wishes that it had been done right by those other shops the first time. Jessie is a one stop shop that does it right the first time including jetting for your application, and he guarantees his work. Not to mention how well he knows these bikes.

ReplyDeleteI just see my name is Joshua Conley I'm from Ohio I have a 1979 possibly 80 Xs 1100 Chopper I bought a few sets of carbs and have them redone still can't get the bike to run I have got bigger carburetors off another bike and it ran but not the power it should have anyway you can help I can send my carburetors to you see how much you charge me this bike is very important to me it was my father's and now mine and I want to pass it on to my son if you can call me at 740-409-3054 and leave a message or text would be great ask for Josh
